The Softform Heelpad is designed to reduce pressure on the vulerable heel area. The controlled volume of gel in the sacs allows pressure displacement and even weight distribution. Pressure on a patient's heel are kept to a minimum when the heels are in contact with the gel sacs.  The Invacare Softform Heelpad was designed to be used in conjunction with the Odstock Wedge, but can also be used independently as an effective pressure reducing device.

The Softform Heelpad enables vulnerable heels to be immersed into independent gel sacs, offering significant pressure reduction and comfort to clients.

The Softform Heelpad offers enhanced performance, when used in conjunction with the Softform Odstock Wedge, by providing improved support for the lower limbs, and pressure reduction for the heels.

  • Single and double heelpads are available to meet patient requirements.
  • Heelpads are supplied with three platilon protective covers which are disposable and help to avoid contamination of the heelpad.
  • Used in conjuction with the Odstock Wedge these two products combine to significantly reduce pressure on the vulnerable heel area.
