*** If you qualify for VAT exemption please complete the declaration at the top of this Order Form, if not completed or you do not qualify please add VAT to this order.

We provide mobility equipment that has all required CE marks and full manufacturers warranty.

If any item is found to be faulty it will be replaced.

If after purchasing an item you find that it is not what you require we will take back the item and return your money to you in full, subject to the item being in the condition as supplied and unused, in its original packaging, and within 10 days of receipt. If the item has been used/damaged a charge will be made.

If returning an item due to condition (3) a collection delivery/collection charge will still be payable.

Goods will be shipped on receipt of payment for the goods, in full, ,cheque or credit/debit card for the full amount inclusive of VAT. Goods will be supplied free of VAT upon signing the declaration on the order form. The VAT element of the payment will, if paid at time of order, be refunded upon receipt of VAT declaration. Where credit cards have been used for payment and a refund is agreed then the card charges imposed by the card clearing service will be made. This is currently 4%. No charge is made against payments made by cheque or debit cards.

We reserve the right to alter and add to these conditions and any time.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected, and we endeavour to provide you with the correct equipment and service at the lowest price.
